For each person, pick the platform you actually talk to them on. Your plan is measured in active connections — one person on one platform. Talk to someone on both Telegram and WhatsApp? That’s two connections. So “9 connections” means nine active channels, however you spread them.

What counts as a connection?
One active channel — one person on one platform. Same person on two apps = two connections. Plans are measured in connections, not people.
How many people can I add?
As many as you want. The limit is on active connections, so you decide which conversations the Butler manages.
Why not every platform at once?
Doing each one properly — respecting its rules and keeping it reliable — beats doing all of them badly. We add platforms in the order they matter most.
